Making the Grade: The Brad Isbister Story

Brad's To-Do List:
  • Midnight Saturday: Set alarm for 8. It's a 10-minute drive to Bear Mountain Arena for the morning skate.
  • Sunday 8:15: Slept through the alarm. Skip breakfast. Gotta hurry.
  • 9 a.m.: Morning skate. Try to keep up with guys who can actually skate. Note to self: Is Ryan Shannon a midget?
  • 10 a.m.: Hit the showers.
  • 11 a.m.: Nap.
  • 1 p.m.: Spaghetti Lunch at St. Sofia's.
  • 3 p.m.: Nap.
  • 5 p.m.: Head to rink for Blue/Green game.
  • 6 p.m.: Start dressing.
  • 6:30 p.m.: Pre-game warmup.
  • 7:15 p.m.: Back in dressing room, reflect on what it'll take to make the Canucks this year. "Even my 2G last year were better than 9 of the Canucks Top 12 FWs. The only way I"m not making this team is if I kill Roberto Luongo."
