- Midnight Saturday: Set alarm for 8. It's a 10-minute drive to Bear Mountain Arena for the morning skate.
- Sunday 8:15: Slept through the alarm. Skip breakfast. Gotta hurry.
- 9 a.m.: Morning skate. Try to keep up with guys who can actually skate. Note to self: Is Ryan Shannon a midget?
- 10 a.m.: Hit the showers.
- 11 a.m.: Nap.
- 1 p.m.: Spaghetti Lunch at St. Sofia's.
- 3 p.m.: Nap.
- 5 p.m.: Head to rink for Blue/Green game.
- 6 p.m.: Start dressing.
- 6:30 p.m.: Pre-game warmup.
- 7:15 p.m.: Back in dressing room, reflect on what it'll take to make the Canucks this year. "Even my 2G last year were better than 9 of the Canucks Top 12 FWs. The only way I"m not making this team is if I kill Roberto Luongo."
